Michael Meyer is a partner at Benjamin Ross Group, a Certified Business Intermediary, and the current president of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association.
An entrepreneur for more than 35 years — he started his first company at 17 — Michael has lived the highs and hazards of building and selling businesses. He wrote Deal Killers: What to Avoid When Selling Your Business to help owners sidestep the mistakes that quietly sink transactions, and was named a 2024 NJBIZ Leader in Finance.
Michael focuses on getting deals to the closing table intact — anticipating the diligence issues and negotiation traps that end so many sales before they finish.
