Beth Goodman is Vice President of Transactions at Benjamin Ross Group and the attorney who keeps deals on the rails from letter of intent through closing.

A litigation attorney for more than 20 years and a graduate of Widener University School of Law, Beth manages deal structuring, due diligence, lender coordination, and the closing process. Her job is to anticipate the legal issues that derail transactions and resolve them before they become deal killers.
